What Makes Us Different?

Why can we provide services that other Physical Therapy Clinics Cannot?

Here at CLE Dance PT, we are a an out-of-network provider for all insurances, meaning, we do not bill your private insurance company for our services, nor do we accept insurance for our services. This allows us to provide the highest quality care that we know is medically necessary to help you heal as quickly and comfortably as possible.

We believe that medicine should be left to the doctors, and not to the insurance companies! At Cleveland Dance Physical Therapy we request the same up-front cost for all treatments, and you get to experience what Physical Therapy is supposed to be.

Will My Insurance Reimburse Me for Treatments Provided by CLE Dance PT?

CLE Dance PT is able to provide what we call a ‘Superbill’ which you may choose to submit to your insurance company. Your insurance may then reimburse you for any services we provided that they cover. CLE Dance PT does not guarantee that all services will be reimbursed by your insurance, but we will do our best to assist the process!

Why do people pay for our services out of pocket when they could go to a clinic that is covered by their insurance?

  • They have tried an in network PT clinic and did not improve

  • They know that their story and situation requires more personal or specialized care

  • They are looking for compassionate healthcare where someone has the time to listen and help them, and cares if they get better

  • They are looking for a therapist that treats them with a ‘whole person’ approach rather than just treating an injury

No Surprise Billing!

We will always provide a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

We will always be transparent about our charges, and because we do not bill your insurance, we will always provide an estimate of the bill for all services provided prior to the start of treatment.

The Good Faith Estimate will cover the total expected cost of any non-emergency items and services. This includes costs related to appointments and equipment.

As per required law, all Estimates will be provided at least 1 business day prior to service being provided, and you may always ask for an estimate prior to scheduling your service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to Good Faith Estimates as per CMS guidelines, please visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call CLE Dance PT at 216-570-4027.
